Job Description

• Work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. Understanding the user needs, conducting user research, and designing user-centered solutions

• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights into user needs and behaviours. Analyze user data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Conduct usability tests, Analyze test results, and iterate on designs to improve user experience.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Strong understanding of UX principles, including user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.

Added Advantage for the candidate with: Experience in prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, ProtoPie).

• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design.
