HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

Working with our retail client on a Power BI dashboard implementation project, this role will involve coordinating project activities, and support Power BI consultant in workshops and with documentation to ensure the project runs smoothly, on time, and within scope.

YOU WILL:

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate project tasks and timelines.

  • Monitor project progress and report on key milestones, risks, and issues.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse project requirements.

  • Prepare project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and action items.

  • Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making and track performance metrics.

  • Ensure that all project activities are aligned with the project plan and organizational objectives.

  • Support the project team in maintaining communication and coordination across departments.

  • Manage project deliverables and timelines to ensure adherence to quality standards.

IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

  • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.

  • Ability to perform data analysis and interpret insights to guide project decisions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve project issues efficiently

  • Knowledge of Power BI or business intelligence projects is a plus.

** Contract would be inside IR35 – Hybrid working – potentially up to 2 days in the London office **
