As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with our teams to uncover critical insights about user behavior and provide clear recommendations that will help improve our business operations and customer journey.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business problems and identify opportunities where data can drive solutions.
• Develop data-driven insights by compiling and analyzing user data across various sources.
• Construct visualizations to simplify complex datasets and convey findings clearly to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with different teams to define key metrics and build models that track user behaviors and identify trends.
• Support automation efforts by ensuring data flow between our CRM, website, and other tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate business questions into meaningful data analysis.
