ERP Business Implementation Specialists at PiC Consulting, UK, £500-£700 per day (Outside IR35)

At Partners in Change, we continue to face growing demand for our support, with three drivers very evident: the exceptional blend of experience and quality our consultants bring; a flexible delivery and commercial model; and the unique way we build mutually beneficial partnerships with our customers and delivery partners.

In order to meet this demand we are looking to grow our network of change professionals.

Specifically, we are currently seeking experienced consultants with strong delivery track records in the following areas:

• Experience in ERP delivery and implementations within manufacturing/engineering factory-based businesses
• Experience of global ERP rollouts and implementations
• Business rollout experience – focused primarily on operational, process and people related change, but with a familiarity with integrating technical change too
• Dynamic working style – will bring an energetic, hands-on, “sleeves rolled up” working style – getting to grips with the challenges of distributed factory-based implementation
• For some roles - willingness to travel extensively (UK, Europe and Globally) for 18-24 months, potentially longer – with expenses claimable
• For some roles – willingness to based on site for a minimum of 3 days per week (South West UK) – with expenses included in day rate

Highly desirable:

• Experience of overseeing MS Dynamics 365 Finance, Operations and Supply Chain implementations

Roles will typically be on a contract basis, outside IR35 with day rates ranging from £500 to £700 dependant on experience.
