Certified Scrum Master at GlobalLogic UK&I, North West, 6 Months, £Contract Rate

Certified Scrum Master - North West with 4 days per week on Site - Inside IR35

GlobalLogic have an initial 6 month contract opportunity for a Certified Scrum Master to join us working INSIDE IR35. This role will require candidates to be on site in the North West 4 days per week, so we are ideally looking for candidates who are based in and around this location.

We are looking for someone who has experience in introducing a more Agile culture to their clients and ideally we are hoping for someone with previous Retail Client experience.

You will be looking after 2-3 Development squads, so we need someone who has a Strong and demonstrable track record of efficiently managing squads

Key Skills and experience required:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent: A valid certification from a recognized Agile institution (eg, CSM, PSM).
• Experience in Agile Methodologies: 4-5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in an Agile environment, with a strong understanding of Agile principles.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate ideas and facilitate discussions within teams and with stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify and remove impediments effectively.
• Team Leadership Experience: Proven experience in coaching and leading cross-functional teams.
• Collaboration Mindset: A natural ability to work well in a collaborative environment, encouraging transparency and teamwork.
• Knowledge of Agile Tools: Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Stakeholder Management: Experience working closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
• Conflict Resolution Skills: Ability to mediate conflicts and foster a constructive team environment.
• Facilitation Expertise: Strong skills in facilitating meetings, workshops, and Agile ceremonies efficiently.
