We are hiring a Consultant/BA with ServiceNow Service Operations Workspace experience, to join us on a PAYE contract basis for a brand new client project.

To facilitate the delivery of ServiceNow's Service Operations Workspace (SN-SOW)

Role & Responsibilities

• Fully understand the functionality SN-SOW will provide Change Enablement.
• Investigate and drive where appropriate the work required to enable the move to SN-SOW, including reviewing current customisations that could inhibit the move.
• Provide a transition plan and roadmap including timescales and actors'/roles.
• Identify user documentation (job aids, confluence pages etc) that requires updating and provide supporting artefacts.
• Develop stakeholder and user communications.
• Act as the Change SN-SOW engagement lead to GB/GFs and other key stakeholders.
• Understand the impacts of Change SN-SOW on the NGC project.
• Gather knowledge of future SN-SOW versions and their associated functionality uplifts.

So we're looking for someone with ServiceNow experience, who's used Service Operations Workspace before, and who has good programme, stakeholder, and comms management skills.
