Experience in AWS Cloud Services: Good understanding of core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).

Agile Methodologies: Deep knowledge of agile frameworks, particularly Scrum, and experience managing agile teams.

Technical Background: While this is not a hands-on technical role, experience with software development or cloud engineering is highly beneficial.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to anticipate and remove impediments that affect the team's ability to meet project goals.

Experience in DevOps Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud deployment automation is a plus.

Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate the team to achieve project goals.
