Web Designer at Becks & Clates Ltd, Kingston upon Hull/Remote, to £30 per hour

*Job Summary*

We are seeking a skilled Web Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs and specifications. With a focus on UI/UX Design and Site speed, you must be able to confidently create complex animated effects on wix studio and efficiently optimise them to phone view.

*Duties*

- Design visually appealing website layouts using tools like Wix Studio

- Create wireframes and prototypes to present design concepts

- Implement digital designs with a focus on usability and SEO best practices

- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements

- Communicate with clients to make them a tailored website to there specific needs/wants

- Utilise a range of plugins for a range of different purposes

- Conduct user testing to improve website functionality

- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance design capabilities

- Confidently create complex Wix Studio animation effects

*Skills*

- Proficiency in digital design tools such as Wix Studio

- Strong understanding of usability principles and wireframing techniques

- Knowledge of SEO best practices for web design

- Familiarity with Canva for creating diagrams/graphics for the website

- Experience with a range of plugins to increase functionionality of the website

- Skills with Wix Studio animation effects

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: £17.84-£30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
