Programme Test Manager at Valcon Group UK, London/Remote, 6 Months, £500 per day

Valcon are on the look out for a Programme Test Manager to join the team on an immediate contract position. You will need to be able to start ASAP & also be able to get into the London Office 1/2 times a week

Valcon need a Programme Test Manager to join an existing team to support an important IT Implementation. The role will be to support the implementation of software to replace Legacy systems. the key is the candidate needs to have delivery experience across the whole life cycle and understand the difference between test management and test delivery

The PTM will need to;

• Take ownership of testing within the programme and have previous experience leading a large programme or several smaller projects
• Build Test Strategy and execute against the strategy.
• Take accountability of the project testing and the team that test.
• Manage and support creation of test plans.
• Manage a team of testers onshore and offshore.
• Stakeholder management
• Set-up and manage risk based testing
• Liaise with the wider project team, such as Project Managers.
• Work and understand API's and how they integrate with solutions
• Manage teams who are working on systems integration testing (SiT)
• Have experience with full End to End testing
• Managed UAT.
