JD for Program Manager -
- Overall minimum 15 years of experience with at least 5 years in Program Management
- Work closely with the Customer’s Change Team Manager and Programme Manager assisting with the project support work for IT Transformation.
- Act as a central contact point for programme stakeholders.
- Arranging meetings, project & programme events/workshops.
- Maintain Project & Programme structure charts, resource trackers & Teams sites with the Programme Manager.
- General project office administration, including the creation and maintenance of appropriate filing and access permissions within a shared environment.
- To create, update and improve internal working processes and streamline activities where possible.
- Support programme manager with IT Purchase Order / Invoicing Management.
- Ensuring weekly project/programme PSR’s are delivered on time.
- Ensuring that individual project RAIDS are actively managed.
- Gain understanding of dependencies at programme level and map and maintain a dependencies log.
- Actively work with the progarmme manager on programme RAIDs.
- Liaising with Project Team members and providing suggestions/solutions to unforeseen issues when required.
- Conduct project reviews against set deadlines and provide independent PMO report.

Pay: £300.00-£370.00 per day
