Role Overview

We are seeking skilled and dynamic Freelance Project Managers to join our pool of experienced professionals under our PMaaS scheme. As a Freelance Project Manager, you will work closely with clients to lead projects, manage resources, and ensure successful delivery in line with scope, budget, and timelines. You’ll be a key member of our project management team, providing expertise across various sectors and project types.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all deliverables are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project scope, risks, and issues.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and maintaining positive relationships.
• Implement project management best practices to drive efficiency and ensure project success.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, providing solutions to overcome challenges.
• Manage budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
• Adapt to different project environments and requirements, offering flexible support.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in multiple industries.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, Jira, or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner) are highly desirable.
