Hello,

We are currently looking for a new addition to our team in the form of a Product Manager to join our team of developers, designers, and strategists at Pixelfield.

What can you expect with us?

  • Gathering requirements for products and ideas from our clients. You will collaborate with other stakeholders, taking into account user feedback, with design and development teams, and above all, you should be creative.
  • Setting up the sprint goals and product goals with the client. You will be aligning priorities, defining clear objectives for each sprint, and ensuring that the product goals reflect the overall vision and strategic direction of the project.
  • Researching product ideas and topics, getting acquainted with various problems and possible solutions, and documenting the findings.
  • Writing product discoveries, epics and user stories based on which designers and developers will create products.
  • Maintaining the product roadmap, reviewing and clarifying tasks in the backlog, tracking, and approving versions.
  • Involving other teams in projects, participating in planning, surveys, and retrospectives.
  • Validating product ideas and prototypes with new users.
  • Unifying and managing expectations of internal and external teams.

What do we need from you?

  • You have ̎some̎ experience in a similar role in an agency or startup.
  • Professional experience working in a technical environment with development teams and/or a background in computer science or software engineering.
  • Strong communication skills in both Czech and English, both written and spoken, and the ability to translate customer challenges into technical specifications.
  • Curiosity, humility, and a passion for excellent work.
  • Previous experience managing a product roadmap.
  • Experience connecting designers and developers.
  • You are independent and can work even if the task is ̎solve it.̎
  • We don’t need you to have PSPO cert. but agile mindset is welcomed
