Contract Description

Prolifics Testing are seeking a skilled Test Analyst with iTrent HR testing experience to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in the testing of our HR system by creating and executing test scripts, supporting defect management, and coordinating business testing activities. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including the HR department, to ensure smooth and efficient testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create test scripts in alignment with our business and functional requirements (approximately 100-200 test cases).
  • Execute test scripts, including those provided by our client, ensuring all testing activities meet project standards.
  • Manage and support defect tracking and resolution throughout the testing process.
  • Oversee test management and progress reporting, including participation in regular meetings with stakeholders.
  • Utilise the client's testing tracker for monitoring and managing testing progress.
  • Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities conducted by users in the HR department and related areas.
  • Assist business users in resolving testing-related queries and issues during UAT.
  • Provide ongoing support for defect management and ensure timely resolution of issues related to the project.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in iTrent HR testing.
  • Strong expertise in creating and executing test scripts in line with business requirements.
  • Experience in defect management and using test management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with business users, technical teams, and suppliers.
  • Ability to coordinate and support UAT activities and assist users with testing-related queries.
