This is a contract role for an Amazon Connect Engineer at GREENRICH CONSULTING LTD located in Edinburgh, with flexibility for some remote work. The Amazon Connect Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Amazon Connect contact center solutions. The engineer will collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration of Amazon Connect with existing systems, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.

• Proficiency in Amazon Connect configuration and management
• Experience in designing and implementing contact center solutions
• Knowledge of AWS services and integration with Amazon Connect
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Certifications in AWS or Amazon Connect are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
