Contract Length: 12 Months

Working hours: 7 hours per day / 35 hours per week



Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Transformation Project Manager to lead and drive organizational change initiatives within our company. It is an exciting, fast paced and high visibility role, working closely with the Global Supply Chain leadership team and the PU teams to put strategic transformation into action.

As businesses evolve and adapt to meet the challenges of the modern marketplace, this role will be instrumental in guiding and managing transformational projects from initiation to successful implementation.

The role is accountable for:

  • Successful planning, execution, and communication of transformation initiatives
  • Drive change management strategies to drive employee engagement and adoption of new processes and behaviours.
  • Network with cross-functional teams through the entire project life cycle, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and sets a clear direction for change initiatives.
  • Establish detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Effectively communicate project goals, progress, and outcomes to all stakeholders and governance structure
  • Track and measure the implementation of the operating model as per the design principles
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple functions such as Strategy, GBS, P&C and Global communications
  • Communications to the wider GSC community/ key stakeholders in relation to transformation projects/ progress

What you will do:

  • Provide detailed project plans with clearly defined timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Through effective governance processes, ensure the successful execution of transformational projects, meeting established milestones and delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Measure change adoption that results in high levels of employee engagement and successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and behaviours.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and obstacles to project success, implementing mitigation plans, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, evaluating the effectiveness of transformation initiatives and making recommendations for enhancements.

What you will have:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus on transformational initiatives.
  • A highly goal-oriented individual with a hands-on, problem-solving approach and a decisive mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships and engage effectively with stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven organizational and analytical skills, with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Self-starter with a bias for action, ability to bring structure to ambiguity and build trust based relationships across the organisation
