You’ll need to be confident in fast paced delivery, delivering high volumes of assets, working with creative teams, designers and developers.

You’ll need to have fantastic communication skills, hold a high degree of responsibility, with the diplomacy to build relationships and manage external and internal stakeholders whilst keeping projects on track. You will ensure our internal processes are translated into working practices and be responsible for ensuring these are adhered to at all times.

Requirements

  • Managing a fast-paced project with lots of different campaign deliverables.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders throughout delivery of the campaign.
  • Managing high volumes of deliverables across different channels.
  • Ensuring quality of campaign assets being delivered to the client against agreed specs and briefs.
  • Produce all necessary documentation on your account; ensuring correct templates are used where necessary
  • Monitor financial tracking on a per project basis and work with your department and account leads to mitigate any issues that arise
  • Represent your client’s brand within MRM and vice versa
  • Communicating progress and appropriate escalation to your department leader
  • Work with your Account lead to forecast resource requirements for your projects
  • Work proactively with your department leader to manage your own workload and prevent over or under-utilisation

A Senior Project Manager must have the following essential skills, knowledge or abilities:

  • Experience of delivering big campaigns across multiple channels and deliverable types
  • Experience working with Figma, this is key.
  • Experience working with Google Studio/Double Click
  • Ability to quickly understand project briefs or the status of in-flight projects that are assigned to you
  • Ability to quickly absorb agency processes and understand how to apply them to manage projects effectively from the outset
  • A proven track record of managing complex projects and implementing innovative, interactive and consumer focused solutions
  • Knowledge of current industry standard delivery methodologies, including Agile and waterfall, to allow selection of the appropriate approach for a specific client or project
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with peers and clients, and the ability to achieve results under challenging circumstances
  • Ability to make sound commercial and financial decisions, quickly grasp an understanding of complex problems and propose solutions to facilitate fast resolutions
  • Ability to work well under pressure, whilst remaining objective and retaining a positive approach
  • Be self-motivated, self-driven and independent, requiring little day-to-day oversight
  • Demonstrated commitment to high standards of excellence and integrity, showing solid business acumen and sound judgement
  • Outstanding communication skills at all levels, (presentation, written, verbal)
  • Exceptional skills in MS Excel, Word and Project, Jira and Confluence/Azure DevOps/TFS/VSTS, with a very high degree of overall computer literacy
  • Highly organised and tenacious, with exceptional attention to detail
