As a Delivery Manager - AI Assurance Practical Implementation, your main responsibilities will be:build and maintain teams, ensuring they are motivated, collaborating and working wellidentify obstacles and help the team to overcome themfocus the team on what is most important to the delivery of products and servicesencourage and facilitate continuous improvement of the delivery teamcoach and mentor both team members and others to apply the most appropriate Agile and Lean tools and techniques.Build an understanding of StratCom AI initiatives across the TLB. Ensure all project leads/SROS for those initiatives are conversant with JSP936 and ethical considerations.Develop and staff the initial annual AI Ethics Assurance statement for UKStratCom as required by JSP936.Develop governance structures to oversee adherence to AI Ethics Assurance in UK StratCom and approve the annual assurance statement.Provide a feedback loop into our DAIC AI Assurance workstrand, helping to iterate and further develop the practical implementation of AI Assurance practices in UK MOD.Essential:SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be eligible and willing to undergo these checks.Proven track record of delivering digital products or services using a variety of software lifecycle approaches, including agile and leanDescribe how you would approach multiple priorities and how you would look to plan a course through thisExperience of creating, influencing, and managing stakeholder relationshipsExperience in building and motivating delivery teams, ensuring they are high performing
