Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level PHP Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have foundational knowledge in PHP, MySQL, jQuery, and Java, and a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or junior developers to gain hands-on experience and develop their technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, maintenance, and optimization of web applications using PHP.
• Support database management and development using MySQL.
• Help create and optimize front-end scripts using jQuery.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and deliver features.
• Write clean, well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers.
• Participate in code reviews and team meetings.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of PHP and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Familiarity with MySQL and relational databases.
• Some experience or coursework with jQuery, Java, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.
• Knowledge of basic version control concepts (Git experience is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with a PHP framework like Laravel or Symfony.
• Exposure to APIs and basic knowledge of integrating third-party services.
• Familiarity with other back-end languages or technologies (such as Node.js or Python).
• Understanding of web security best practices.
