As a Performance Analyst, your main responsibilities will be:Lead the analytical implementation and reporting of user centred KPIs for our new transformed Manage IP services, as part of an agile software delivery teamLead the analytical implementation and reporting of user centred KPIs for our new transformed Challenge IP services, as part of an agile software delivery teamAdvise on frontend technical implementation best practice for Dynatrace and Azure Application Insights as additional digital transactions are deliveredWork closely with IPO Performance Analysts and Frontend Developers to continuously iterate frontend reporting capability in Dynatrace and Azure Application Insights, inline with existing and emergent requirementsWork closely with IPO Performance Analysts to design, deliver and present regular service performance reporting of user centred KPIs to a range of business and technical stakeholdersWork with IPO Performance Analysts to design and deliver 'self-serve' Power BI dashboards for business and technical stakeholdersWork closely with Legal and Data Protection Officers to ensure that any performance data we capture is compliant with relevant GDPR and privacy legislationWork with service delivery teams to produce and present supporting analytical documentation / evidence for CDDO Open Beta service assessmentsWork with stakeholders across the IPO to plan the scope, deliverables and technical requirements for phase 2 of the transformation programme, trade marks, designs and tribunalsDocument any additional metrics and / or processes identified / delivered during this contracted period, in line with IPO standards and document templatesWork with IPO Performance Analysts to deliver an analytical tooling review and supporting recommendation for phase 2 of the transformation programmeEssential:SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be eligible and willing to undergo these checks.Experience of implementing and delivering reporting in Dynatrace (Real User Monitoring), Azure Application Insights (Frontend Monitoring) and Google AnalyticsExperience working with frontend development languages such as HTML and JavaScript to support the delivery of a frontend analytical implementationExcellent communication skills with experience of managing multiple concurrent senior stakeholders and articulating complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong analytical skills including analysis of requirements and analysis of performance analytic outputsSolid understanding of customer insight analytics techniques and how they are appliedExperience of delivering solutions using agile delivery methodsExperience of building performance dashboards and funnels for Customer Insights, to facilitate accurate and effective monitoring of customer interactionsExperience using Power BI to ingest and model data from a range of sources, to create visualisationsExperience working with data querying languages such as KQL, Power Query, SQL and / or direct API manipulationExperience managing the capture and storage of Personally Identifiable Information in line with GDPR and other privacy legislationDesirable:Comes from a user experience, user research and / or service design background- Experience working with cookies compliance solutions and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation- Experience working as part of a GOV.UK service delivery team and producing content in line with the Service Standard for CDDO service assessments
