Senior Delivery Manager at Burendo, England, £Contract Rate

As we grow we're looking to hire an experienced Senior Delivery Lead on a Contract basis. The role is a pivotal position, working closely with the Head of Delivery. You will drive a significant technology transformation, overseeing complex projects (cloud migration, design systems, CI/CD rollout etc).

This role will require occasional travel to Leeds / Manchester.

• Alignment to Agile values
• Portfolio Management, experience of overseeing mission-critical technology projects (cloud migration, design systems, CI/CD). Experience Managing timelines and resources to ensure successful delivery and provide guidance on portfolio reporting (i.e. linking Epics to Stories/Tasks)
• Technical background with a deep understanding of software development and cloud technologies.
• Ability to lead and facilitate Agile planning and delivery management best practices
• Experience of Facilitating day to day Agile events
• Experience of close collaboration with Product Owners and their stakeholders
• Ability to talk tech with Product delivery teams
• Experience of exploring and implementing broader organisational change
• Ability to facilitate Development Team Activities
• Drive continuous improvement of team practices, techniques and approaches to support delivery
