Whitebridge, the specialist Digital Transformation consultancy, is looking for an Agile BA/Product Analyst to support the definition and delivery of a new CRM system for our utilities client. Candidate's required experience Digital customer systems requirements capture - eg CRM, Customer Services Experience in mapping systems - APIs, data flows, etc. Experience of any of Genesys Cloud NICE, CX One, Amazon Connect, Oracle CX would be advantageous. End to end project life cycle experience Strong business understanding and stakeholder management Agile methodology, user stories, EPICs, (SCRUM, SAFe, etc.) The successful applicant should be able to commit to starting ASAP.
