We are looking for a Senior IT Service Manager on a contract basis to work on a project for a key client in the gaming/betting sector. This is an outside IR35 project based in London running for at least 6 months.
The project will see you:
- Plan, manage & coordinate the successful transition of IT services
- Build relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external)
- Ensure both Service Readiness and Service Acceptance
- Service Pipeline management & monitoring
- Produce Service Designs and any other required service transition artefacts
- Continuously improve the service transition framework whilst working closely with the other business functions
- Manage & maintain the service catalogue
- Ensuring that all release plans/polices are in place for all agreed services
- Support the delivery of key requirements through the Service Transition team by providing ongoing support and expertise
- Ensure all Service Design and end to end support models are reviewed and implemented for any changed or new services
- Ensure all process comply within internal security and technology standards.
Requirements:
- Experience working in an IT service environment within a complex and diverse organisation, with specific service transition expertise.
- Experience working in a matrix organisation
- Negotiating and influencing skills
- ITIL (ideally certified)
- Experience in Project Managing
- Experience delivering services and influencing change
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
This is a hybrid role which will require you to be in the London office 3 days per week. There will also be a weekly call with New Zealand that you will need to be on.
