We are seeking a professional with proven expertise in Flutter development to join our startup to Work for Equity, Not Salary. While this position is open to applicants globally, preference will be given to those residing in the United Kingdom, United States of America, Bangladesh, India, Syria, Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Taiwan, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Malaysia, Gulf Countries, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Global Europe, Philippine, China, South America. Role Overview:

As our Flutter Developer, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Fixing bugs, addressing UX/UI issues, and extending the functionality of our existing startup app.
• Ensuring seamless hosting and operation of the app on both iOS and Android platforms.
• Providing a rapid response within 5 minutes in case of app-related issues.
• Managing Google Cloud hosting for our website and both apps.
• Able to manage 2-3 Apps including; Progressive Web Application (PWA)

Technical Requirements:

• Strong experience with Flutter and Dart programming language.
• You will need to be an expert in Dart, java, Kotlin, swift, YAML & Plist
• Proficiency in state management solutions in Flutter; familiarity with GetX is a plus.
• Experience with RESTful/GRPC APIs and connecting Flutter applications to back-end services.
• Expertise in performance tuning, threading, and optimisation.
• Experience with UI/UX standards for both Apple and Google.
• Knowledge of cloud messaging APIs and push notifications.
• Proficiency in create eye-catching splash Screens.
• Strong understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Experience with continuous integration.

Personal Requirements:

• Ability to work on an existing Flutter App without the need to start from scratch.
• Willingness to collaborate with team members and stakeholders globally, from all backgrounds.
• Commitment to becoming part of the business for its entire lifespan.
• You will own and lead the department. When the business has scaled up, the decision to grow the team for the company will be yours.

Compensation and Salary: £0.00 . You will become a shareholder.

As compensation, you'll receive a stake in the business without a salary until revenue starts to come in. Once the business has grown, you'd able to take on a fully paid position, with an excellent salary in addition to your shares.
