About this role

We are seeking a SAP Business Analyst to join our team and support our projects in the financial services sector.

As a SAP Business Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering and analyzing business requirements to ensure that the SAP SuccessFactors solutions developed by our team are aligned with the specific needs of our project.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP SuccessFactors projects in the financial services industry.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
  • Collaborate with developers and consultants to ensure the technical implementation aligns with business objectives.
  • Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
  • Support the design, testing, and deployment phases by providing business insights and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Assist in the customization and configuration of SuccessFactors modules to meet business needs.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and their application in business processes.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable functional specifications.
  • Experience working in agile project environments, with proficiency in creating user stories and managing backlogs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with data migration processes and ensuring data integrity within SAP SuccessFactors.
