Contract Description

We are looking to onboard a Change Manager to join a project we have in the public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare business areas for changes resulting from projects/programmes to ensure their readiness to adapt to changes, complete change management assessment by conducting change analysis and identifying key stakeholders.
  • Engage in the business planning process for short-, medium- and long-term strategic planning and provide advice regarding appropriate processes and resourcing and impact of change.
  • Assess current awareness of change and identify areas of resistance and readiness.
  • Make estimates of change impact and risk of potential programmes and project cost.
  • Manage an integrated approach to the development and delivery of change associated with the implementation of workstreams and service improvements within the Transformation Programme.

Key Requirements:

  • A senior and highly experienced change manager adept at Working closely with senior Stakeholders
  • Working with the Programme Director, Accountable executive and Head of Portfolio to define the Change Management approach.
  • Experience of implementing change management using a recognised methodology is required, preferable PROSCI but APMG Change Management as an alternative
  • Trained in PROSCI or APMG Change management
  • Highly experienced in all aspects of stakeholder management
  • Adept in Defining a change management approach and plan delivering against the plan
  • Highly skilled in managing and delivering the change specific and wider communications required to ensure effective delivery of the change management plan
