We are looking to onboard a Change Manager to join a project we have in the public sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare business areas for changes resulting from projects/programmes to ensure their readiness to adapt to changes, complete change management assessment by conducting change analysis and identifying key stakeholders.
- Engage in the business planning process for short-, medium- and long-term strategic planning and provide advice regarding appropriate processes and resourcing and impact of change.
- Assess current awareness of change and identify areas of resistance and readiness.
- Make estimates of change impact and risk of potential programmes and project cost.
- Manage an integrated approach to the development and delivery of change associated with the implementation of workstreams and service improvements within the Transformation Programme.
Key Requirements:
- A senior and highly experienced change manager adept at Working closely with senior Stakeholders
- Working with the Programme Director, Accountable executive and Head of Portfolio to define the Change Management approach.
- Experience of implementing change management using a recognised methodology is required, preferable PROSCI but APMG Change Management as an alternative
- Trained in PROSCI or APMG Change management
- Highly experienced in all aspects of stakeholder management
- Adept in Defining a change management approach and plan delivering against the plan
- Highly skilled in managing and delivering the change specific and wider communications required to ensure effective delivery of the change management plan
