MHC are an award-winning IT and Business Consultancy, specialising in Change Management initiatives, which we deliver working in a collaborative way with our Clients.

We are hiring a Content & Communications Analyst to join us on a PAYE contract basis for a brand new client project.

For these roles, I can only consider candidates from within a Banking environment.

Spec:

Highly proficient in written and verbal English language and M/S: Word; Excel (eg, V lookups, Pivot tables); PowerPoint tools.

Experience of drafting communication documents and creating content and managing: Confluence (edit pages); SharePoint; Teams channels for communication.

Creative interest/experience in communication tools eg, video channels, creating visual content in PowerPoint and Confluence and other bank comms channels.

Management of tasks required for communication outputs required by the Programme and ability to be proactive and able to work on their own initiative with agreed tasks.

Well organised with the ability to create/maintain: communication plans (excel task lists); stakeholder lists and manage actions.

Ability to engage with confidence (colleagues and stakeholders) via email and setting up Zoom calls.

Process oriented and be able to identify/understand the bank's processes and document (eg, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to share in required communication channels (for team/stakeholder consumption).

Summary

Ideally someone with experience of working in banking/programme delivery and having performed a role involving communications, stakeholder engagement, training/learning & development.

The skills and attributes an experienced Comms Officer, Personal Assistant, Project Mgmt Office Analyst, Business Analyst might have.
