Technical Lead - C#/.net at Methods, London/Remote, £500 per day

Daily rate: £500 inside IR35

Duration: 18 months

Location: Hybrid; 2days/w in London office

Key Knowledge/Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to explain complex information with agile development teams, and stakeholders both technical and non-technical
• Expert in industry standard development methodologies and tools
• Expert in Design of high-volume Back Office Systems hosted on-premise

• Expert in the following Technical Skills:

1. C# .NET 8, C# .NET Core
2. MS SQL Server
3. TDD, Object Oriented Design, Clean Code Techniques

• Experience deploying Microsoft Azure services using Azure DevOps Pipelines including Bicep
• Demonstrable experience of working on high-volume transactional systems
• Experience maintaining applications on Azure is beneficial

Who are you:

• The Development Technical Lead will have expert knowledge of designing, building, and enhancing integrated solutions using Microsoft Development Technologies.
• You will be expected to participate in Technical Governance Processes and work with all others as necessary within the project including the Senior Product Owner, Senior Test Analysts, Technical Delivery Leads, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders to establish an optimal solution which meets requirements, adheres to technical strategy/constraints and considers total cost of ownership.
• You will be accountable for the high-quality software output and appropriate supporting documentation.
• The Team will deliver a fully working solution that meets the requirements agreed with the Authority in the timescales defined by the Authority. The requirements and timescales will be agreed through the Product refinement and Agile planning process. The solution should comply with the security, accessibility and engineering standards agreed with the Authority.
• The Development Technical Lead will be expected to lead technical design decisions and contribute to planning and estimation of work required to achieve the Team deliverables.
