As an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant, your main responsibilities will be:Essential:Provide advice and educate data owners and users to drive improvement in the integrity of master data and manage how data flows effectively between systems.Lead and support workshops in identifying and solving HMLR HCM challenges and find better ways of working.Work with the technical and delivery teams to agree service acceptance criteria and smoothly transition projects into service.Configure and test new Oracle Fusion HCM features.Document and maintain up to date systems configuration documents.Translate requirements and documentation for all audiences, technical, supper users and end-users.Desirable:Experience of running and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM and Legacy systemsUnderstanding of HCM functional processesExperienced in key end to end business processes including Recruit to Retire i.e. Recruitment, Selection, Onboarding, Retention/Talent Management, Offboarding, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll and Administration (Time and Attendance, Absence Management).Experience of implementing Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle Time and Labour, Employee and Manager Self Service and HR Workflow
