Job Title: Data Automation Specialist (Temporary Position)

Location: Birmingham, UK

Salary: £13-£15 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Automation Specialist for a temporary position. The primary focus of this role is to integrate and link data from multiple platforms, create visual dashboards, and establish automations that provide valuable customer and business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Integration: Develop and maintain data pipelines between Horizon Call System, Cliniko, Monday.com, and Excel.
• Data Transformation: Automate data extraction, cleaning, and standardization to ensure consistency across all sources.
• Dashboard Creation: Utilize Power BI to create interactive and insightful visual dashboards.
• Automation: Establish automated workflows to streamline data processes and reporting.
• Insights Generation: Analyze integrated data to extract and present actionable customer and business insights.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Software Proficiency: Good understanding of Cliniko, Monday.com, Horizon Call System, and Power BI.
• Technical Skills: Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Zapier, Integromat) and scripting languages (e.g., Python) is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data automation and integration.
• Strong understanding of data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
