Workday Functional Consultant/HRIS Analyst at CE Back Office, Remote, £Contract Rate (Outside IR35)

• Provide expertise in Workday configuration, security and data management.
• Experience with Workday integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Managing HR stakeholders
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements related to HCM, Absence, Time, Recruitment and Security.
• Configure and implement Workday solutions based on client specifications and best practices.
• Support the existing HRIS team with knowledge transfer.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and documentation of Workday configurations and enhancements.

• Previous experience as a Workday Consultant / Workday HRIS consultant with a focus on Absence, Recruitment and HR modules.
• Certified in Workday Absence, Payroll, and HR modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
• Must be in the UK.
• Availability to commit to work over a 2-3 period. Approximately 1-2 days per week but time will only be billed for work done.
