Project Manager required to join our Delivery team on a contract basis.
The opportunity:
A Project Manager with proven experience who leads teams to deliver high quality projects on budget and within a specified timeframe. You work closely with the Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager to achieve productivity goals and contribute to the organisation’s overall success.

Project Manager required to join our Delivery team on a contract basis.
The opportunity:
A Project Manager with proven experience who leads teams to deliver high quality projects on budget and within a specified timeframe. You work closely with the Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager to achieve productivity goals and contribute to the organisation’s overall success.

What you’ll be doing:
- Project Management responsibility for developing Web App software within an agile project life cycle environment
- Produce accurate weekly progress reports internally and externally
- Accurately report on the financial status of the project, tracking time spent and expected forecast to complete.
- Confidently interact with senior management and business stakeholders providing accurate and credible information.
- Inspire and lead teams with little Agile experience
- Motivate the team to achieve individual and team objectives
- Run effective sprint ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning and estimation sessions, showcases and sprint retrospectives (using Wisdom Methodology)
- Support the efficient flow of work by the team(s), helping them remove obstacles and make improvements so that sprint goals are met.
- Issues and Risks identification, mitigation, and resolution, seeking advice/support where needed
- Build customer confidence by understanding their needs and delivering first class solutions
- Set and manage client expectations, keeping them informed, particularly when resolving issues.
- Keep up to date with emerging industry practices and focus on improving the delivery processes
- Proven experience of Web App software development Project Management experience
- Working knowledge of Agile frameworks, in particular Scrum and Kanban
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the software development lifecycle and release management
- Ability to define, manage and deliver to customer expectations within strict deadlines
- Experience of leading and managing teams
- Experience of managing 3rd parties
- Good understanding of agile delivery technique and lean ways of working
- Strong time management & organisational skills
- Excellent negotiation skills and an ability to handle sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy
- Relevant Agile Project Management qualifications
