The role

The Transformation Change Manager at GoCardless will develop and implement change processes for our current change programmes in 2024/25. The Change Manager will ensure the smooth roll out and implementation of our Systems Transformation programmes across the business.

The Change Manager will interface with all levels of management and staff across GoCardless to ensure that changes are smoothly and effectively implemented, resulting in minimal friction for the business. 

This role will be contracted to the Central Change Services team, which is part of the Transformation Office.

Enabling change across a busy organisation:

  • Developing and executing change management processes which are fit for purpose and work within the culture of the business
  • Evaluating the impact of planned organisational change
  • Developing and rolling out training and guidance for GeeCee’s for transformation programmes
  • Leading change management work streams with a structured methodology and process
  • Supporting development of communications relevant to change initiatives
  • Defining success metrics and measuring performance against these
  • Proactively monitor and anticipate changes impacting strategy in the landscape, including organisational enhancements, technological advancements, and evolving organisational needs

  • The ability to analyse problems, think critically, and develop innovative solutions that address challenges and overcome obstacles
  • Your ability to identify risks and proactively make decisions that mitigate their potential impact
