Lead Trainer/Coach for Software Testing at The Coders Guild, Leeds, Part-Time, £Contract Rate

The Coders Guild is looking for an experienced software testing professional to lead and innovate in our Software Testing training programs. Reporting to the Apprenticeship Manager and Head of Operations, this part-time role (15-20 hours per week) offers flexibility and the opportunity to shape the future of software testing education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge software testing curriculum.
• Conduct training sessions (3-hour blocks or full 6-hour days) and provide personalised coaching to help learners succeed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, ensuring our programs remain aligned with tech sector needs.
• Contribute to curriculum enhancement and create new content as needed.
• Maintain accurate learner records and participate in regular progress meetings.
