Description

We’re looking for a senior performance and optimization analyst to take a client-facing lead on how we deliver data-driven customer behavioural insights for a website and app in the UK rail sector. 1. Custodian of our GTM and GA properties, accountable for schema cleanliness and quality

  3. Analyse large sets of unstructured quantitative data and turn them into actionable information
  4. Manage and build reusable dashboards to report on performance
  5. Work with our client to define an approach for integrating our web and analytics data with their wider business datasets

  • A/B testing

  1. Identifying, prioritizing, designing and specifying A/B tests
  2. Configuration of light-weight tests in our A/B testing platform, Growth book
  3. Run handover of build spec to build team; collaborate with tech and design during technical scoping
  4. Design, run and support our client with configuring no/low code tests without code release
  5. Review and QA of experiments before they are released to production
  6. Monitoring and analysis of on-going tests and results
