Contract Description
Exciting opportunity to join Platinum Groups financial services practice and work on a Front Office programme for a world leading investment bank.
We are looking to engage a Engineer who has in-depth knowledge of stabilising a platform and ensuring the health, stability and performance of the platform is of the highest calibre.
Investment banking/Capital markets experience specifically in the Front Office is a must.
The desired profile would need to have experience in the following;
- Strong pedigree in either a environments manager, production engineer, Devops or SRE capacity.
- Expert Monitoring knowledge and ability to resolve issues relating to system stability.
- Experience in building pipelines to automate releases.
- Cloud expertise specifically Azure.
- Ansible expertise required.
- Monitoring tool exposure such as Geneos/Splunk/Zabbix
- Ability to face off to traders and Front Office.
- Microsoft/Windows experience is a must.
People will need to be available within 2-4 weeks.
The role will be inside IR35 and 2-3 days a week in the office
