Senior Project Manager - Annual Reporting at Radley Yeldar, London, £325 per day

Radley Yeldar is a Shoreditch-based independent agency covering Annual reporting, Sustainability, Digital and Brand.

After having a very successful pitch season, we are looking for 2x Project Managers to come on board to our 15-strong Annual Reporting Project Management team. The roles will focus on the day to day running of 2 major Annual Reports. Clients are within FTSE 250 and will both be December year ends.

Working alongside a Project Director, you will be responsible for:

• Scoping the project up front and writing up an SoW, plus project set up including resourcing in full.
• discussing the design proofs with Designers and scheduling/running daily WIPs
• mediating amends between internal team and the clients
• overseeing the smooth running of the delivery in to artwork (we use Ctrl Print and Workiva)
• project commercials (via our internal Business information system), including running burn reports

- managing resource and making amends to short- and long-term requirements

• Liaising with our digital team for Online report delivery

You'll be working on a day to day basis with Strategists, designers, artworkers and of course, our clients.

This role will cover the main reporting season for a September start through til end of March 2025.

This role is Inside IR35. £325/day.

Requirements

• Proven end to end delivery experience of Annual Reports
• Experience of Online Annual reports is advantageous, but not essential
• Experience of Ctrl Print/Wokiva is advantageous, but not essential
• Strong Excel skills
