We are in search of an ML/AI Engineer to pioneer this area of the business and be the first in the team.

Requirements:

• Hire is required to develop an ML model to learn from user interactions, historical data, and commentaries, recommending actions to resolve exceptions.
• Implement predictive analytics to forecast trade and transaction reporting exceptions on trade dates.
• Build an AI agent to automate manual processes involved in handling exceptions and tooling for auto-population of exception detail and proactive root cause analysis.
• Must have solid GenAI, LLMs or NLP experience. It's not enough to just understand the concepts of these, you need to live and breathe these technologies.
• This role requires a good hands-on experience with LLMs.
• As there is no current team, it is imperative that this hire be able to work independently, understand the requirements and deliver the solution without any help from the team.
