As a Senior Delivery Manager, your main responsibilities will be:Essential:An active SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be eligible and willing to undergo these checks.Recognize when to move from one stage of the product life cycle to another and ensure the team is working towards the appropriate service standards.Manage the pace and tempo of the team and address internal and external risks, issues and dependencies.Identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods to use and recognize when something does not work.Listen to the needs of technical and business stakeholders and interpret them, whilst managing their expectations.Report on financial delivery and monitor costs and budget, knowing when to escalate issues.Prioritise the most important or highest value tasks and remove blockers or impediments that affect plans and can develop a plan for difficult situations.Desirable:Strong stakeholder managementExperience working within AgilePrevious public sector experienceAbility to overcome challenging obstacles.
