Contract Description
We are looking for onboard a Configuration Manager for a project centered around expanding CMDB to include more data sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- To expand the CMDB to include more data sources, such as AWS, Azure, and network data centers, and then leverage that data to inform various IT processes.
- To support the project delivery and to identify the appropriate long-term structure and ownership for the CMDB within the organization.
Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience working with enterprise asset management tools.
- Demonstrable, strong working knowledge of ITIL Service Management framework and process areas.
- Experience of working with large enterprise contracts and suppliers (ie: Oracle).
- The latest industry trends/standards/tools/technologies/trends for asset management.
- Understanding of deployment process to implement ServiceNow SAM pro
