About the Role:
As a BI Analyst at Billigence, you will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights for our clients. You will lead efforts to enhance and maintain reporting functionalities aligned with our clients' systems and evolving reporting requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of data integrity, accuracy, and compliance, coupled with expertise in optimizing data visualization and analysis techniques.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Ensure seamless replication of all reporting functionalities within our clients' updated systems, maintaining high standards of data integrity and accuracy.
- Facilitate the migration of existing reports to internal systems (such as Cognos, Excel, Power BI), ensuring alignment with new reporting methodologies mandated by our clients.
- Document detailed business requirements, conduct thorough analyses, gather stakeholder feedback, and specify reporting design and functionality. This documentation will guide effective decision-making and future enhancements.
- Implement advanced modeling techniques to optimize data visualization and analysis, thereby improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including business teams and IT managers, to align reporting objectives with organizational goals. Foster productive relationships to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in reproducing and optimizing reporting functionalities within complex systems, with proficiency in tools like Cognos, Excel, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills, capable of gathering and analyzing business requirements to drive informed decisions and enhancements.
- Ability to implement modeling techniques for data visualization and analysis, enhancing the utility and impact of reporting solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and departments. Experience in engaging with diverse stakeholders to achieve alignment and drive project outcomes.
- Candidates must pass a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check to ensure suitability for accessing client data and systems.
- This is a fully remote position, operating outside IR35 regulations, providing flexibility and autonomy in managing your work schedule.
