Service Delivery Manager - SC Cleared at Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office Services, London/Remote, 6 months, £Contract Rate

As a Service Delivery Manager, your main responsibilities will be:Essential:An active SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be eligible and willing to undergo these checks.Support and promote governance between ITSM, wider IDD and other FCDO Directorates, including third party suppliers as appropriate.Track operational needs, end-user satisfaction, productivity measurements, reviewing insights with appropriate stakeholders, identifying improvements and proposed solutions through to implementation, shar wider themes and trends with the Senior Service Partner.Identifying and highlighting incoming demand requirements to key stakeholders.Manage service expectations with colleagues and escalating to the Senior Service Partner when appropriate.Manage stakeholders, building effective relationships, including with third parties, translating technical language or issues to non-technical colleagues.Act as a single point of contact, providing an escalation route for ITSM issues which impact the functions and products.Desirable:ITIL FoundationPrevious service management experienceStrong stakeholder and engagement experience.
