Role: We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to play a critical role in ensuring a seamless transition from local, on-premise file storage to a cloud-based solution, for one of our key central government clients. You will design user-friendly interfaces and workflows that make the shift intuitive and efficient for all users. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to understand the needs and pain points of the target users.
  • Design information architecture documents and create virtual design definition.
  • Design intuitive and seamless user interfaces for cloud-based storage systems.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups for the new content management system.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure designs align with project goals and user requirements.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure design integrity during implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably with public sector or government projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful UX design for complex systems.
  • Proficiency in UX design tools (eg, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Experience with content management systems and cloud storage solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity and understanding of government design principles.
