Role: Digital & IT Project Manager

Workplace Type: Leiston, Suffolk 2-3 days a week

Employment Type: Contract Inside of IR35

Duration: 6 months to start with

Candidate Should be able to start immediately

Role Details:

We are seeking an experienced IT Projects Delivery Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various digital projects, ensuring their successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Your project management expertise, leadership skills, and strategic mindset will be pivotal in driving innovation and efficiency in our digital initiatives – the creation of a digital power station.

Location for this PM role will be a key consideration as we’ll need to Candidates to be able to regularly attend site and be office based there approx. 3 days a week with flexibility to attend their London, Leiston, Suffolk, offices

We are looking for a strong background in IT infrastructure as the majority of the work will be focussed on site establishment, connectively, office fit out, etc.


You will be delivering multiple projects at any one time with a strong focus on infrastructure projects, as well as introducing new digital solutions. You will be working closely with the construction and operations teams to ensure their requirements are met and support their uptake of the IT capability for today and the future.

Who you are…

A Project Manager, with experience of delivering Digital & IT projects in a regulated industry is advantageous. You should enjoy working as part of a team and be able to:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successful project deliveries, within the digital and IT domain and experience in infrastructure project is very advantageous.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and software; maintaining a focus on project costs and outputs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written/verbal) at all levels of the organisation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Engage, influence and manage others including mentoring and coaching support
  • Confident in making decisions
  • Adapt and show resilience to change
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Receive and give constructive feedback
  • Project management certifications are advantageous
