Job Description:

  • Day 1 Implementation Support: As a Senior Level Engineer, you’ll be involved in setting up and implementing networking and security infrastructure from the very beginning (day 1) of a project.
  • Day 2 Support and Troubleshooting: You’ll also handle ongoing support and troubleshooting for the established infrastructure (day 2). This includes diagnosing issues, resolving problems, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Technical Expertise: Your role will require strong technical skills in areas such as Azure networking, firewall troubleshooting, F5 WAF support, and packet capture analysis.
  • Independence: You’ll work independently, taking on tasks that alleviate the workload of senior engineers. This involves proactive problem-solving and contributing to the team’s success.
  • Operational Efficiency: Beyond troubleshooting, you’ll actively contribute to improving operational efficiency within the team.
