Contract Description

Want to work for a small, award-winning software company, based in Shoreditch?

We are looking for a dynamic Windows and Linux infrastructure engineer to join our team ahead of some major changes to our environments. We are changing our storage, server, virtualisation and platform setup; moving from Centos to Ubuntu and looking to change our virtualisation and Windows server platforms to improve our environments.

We would love an engineer with a thirst for knowledge across both platforms.

We are a hybrid working organization and need on-site support which will be split across the infrastructure team, so this role will include a small hybrid working element for flexibility.

Our main product is a web-based application hosted from our datacentres providing live stock market data feeds, market news, company information and forecasts from a range of data providers to both private investors and corporate clients.

The candidate will report to the Head of infrastructure working on projects based at our office and at our local Datacentres, so some travel is required on occasion.
