You Will

Primarily work with one of our key customers in the engineering space as they work towards a global system solution. You will join an existing team of experienced North Highland consultants responsible for business analysis and project management on a number of key workstreams.

Your Core Responsibilities Will Include

  • Building key relationships with business stakeholders including Customer and Software Development teams.
  • Listening to business requirements and concerns.
  • Gap analysis and process analysis.
  • Being the interface between the technical and business teams.
  • Project Managing systems improvements and managing any changes.
  • Capturing and simplifying complex information and be able to document.
  • Creating and leading workshops to establish the As is and To be requirements.
  • Acting as a representative of the business within the team.
  • Presenting and explaining the requirements clearly for local and global teams.

Ideally, We’d Like

  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst / Project Manager preferably in the Consulting space.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects through the full lifecycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills..
  • Understanding of various technologies including applications and databases.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in use of project planning tools (MS Project, Jira etc.)


  • Experience working in the Consulting space

** Contract would be inside IR35 – Hybrid working – 2 days in the Farnborough office **
