Contract Description

Whitebridge Group, the specialist Digital Transformation consultancy is looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our client.

Candidate's required/essential experience

  • At least 3 years proven Service Delivery Manager experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and service delivery standards (eg ITIL v3, ITIL v$)
  • Strong leadership ability and team spirit
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of relevant software packages (eg ServiceNow)

The successful applicant should be able to commit to starting ASAP. The role for the foreseeable future will hybrid with occasional visits to an office. This will be umbrella working. Direct applicants only please.
