HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN

We are looking to form a team to kick off discovery work for our retail client and their Loyalty programme. The work would initially be 3 months to scope the programme and agree requirements.

YOU WILL:

  • Facilitate team(s) to become highly motivated and capable to deliver data product solutions
  • Build out delivery plan for the team at level of detail required by team and key stakeholders
  • Produce status reports and updates in appropriate format for stakeholders as required
  • Manage risks, issues and dependencies and escalate where appropriate
  • Track team(s) execution progress through sync up events, providing visibility and transparency through appropriate cadence and tools to all necessary stakeholders
  • Drive delivery at pace, highlighting and removing delivery blockers and ensuring smooth programme delivery  
  • Create detailed Epics and Stories aligned to the Domain roadmap alongside the Product Manager, Squad, Business Analysts & Tech Lead
  • Create and track the delivery resource forecast
  • Carry out sprint review/retrospective/daily stand-up and deliver continuous improvement via actionable points
  • Collaborate with Tech Lead /Product Managers, Squads and Business Analysts to define backlog of work for each Squad – aligned to defined priorities
  • Ensure team are following defined standards and delivery lifecycle to maintain an accurate delivery roadmap and creation of delivery artefacts
  • Track Sprint progress through user story burndown and provide regular RAG status updates as part of reporting  
  • Interact with and contribute to the rest of the TPM Community to share lessons learnt and drive consistency across the organisation
  • Drive continuous improvement as a culture by coaching Product and Engineering communities
  • Actively contribute to learn and grow within the TPM Community

 

IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:

  • Retail experience would be ideal and working as part of a programme, delivering a loyalty and rewards initiative would be a bonus.
  • Technical project management experience working in an Agile environment will also be a plus.


Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months with view to extend quarterly
Working pattern: Hybrid/Remote (1-2 days on client site or London offices)
