Primarily work with one of our key customers in the retail space and you will join an existing team of experienced North Highland consultants.   

Your core responsibilities will include:    

  • Building key relationships with business stakeholders.

  • Listening to business requirements and concerns.

  • Being the interface between the technical and business teams.

  • Capturing and simplifying complex information and be able to document.

  • Acting as a representative of the business within the team.

  • Understanding the “why” and the “what” of the business needs.

  • Presenting and explaining the requirements clearly. 

  • Managing queries, identifying the right people to ask and translate between business and technical language.

  • Allowing the technical teams to focus on their deliverables e.g., BA triaging defects. 


  • 5+ years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst role preferably in the Consulting space. 

  • Background in Data as the role will require the BA to turn tech language into business language.

  • Experience working in an Agile environment. 

  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects through the full lifecycle. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills..

  • Understanding of various technologies including applications and databases.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in use of project planning tools (MS Project, Jira etc.)


  • Experience working in the Consulting / Retail space

  • Technical skills such as SQL coding

** Contract would be inside IR35 – Hybrid working – 2-3 days in the London office **
