Contract Description


  • Deliver class leading Business Architecture & high-quality consulting to clients.
  • Assist clients in defining a strategy, taking responsibility to convert it into an integrated vision of the future, enabling you to define the business capabilities necessary to realise the outcomes.
  • Ensure change is mapped to a delivery roadmap and is tracked across the delivery life cycle.
  • Identifying, shaping and managing change and its organisational impact; producing Business Architecture views across Organisation, People, Process, Technology and Data using industry leading tools and techniques.
  • Develop, communicate and align the context of the business across Business Architecture, Data and Enterprise Architecture; ensuring the right ways of working and governance are in place.
  • Help clients understand the value of Business Architecture and what they need to do to make it sustainable in the long term.
  • Support all business activities; shape and design change strategies for a proposal; attending client meetings.


  • Demonstrable experience in Business Analysis and Business Architecture including utilisation of relevant tools, frameworks and models eg process mapping, capability mapping, value streams, Datamodelling, current and target operating models, strategy definition.
  • Experience of developing relationships and quickly building rapport with senior business and technical stakeholders; exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organisation - this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualisations.
  • Demonstrable Stakeholder management skills and expertise.
  • Proven track record in managing business change across whole life cycle of complex programmes against challenging timelines, including a mature understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery and their differences.
  • Natural problem solving, negotiation and situational awareness skills - able to identify a problem, propose a solution, influence stakeholders to accept, and manage to delivery.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy on delivering outcomes that consistently exceed client expectations.
  • Able to demonstrate and proactively maintain industry insight, research and latest themes related to Business Architecture and client related industries.
  • Experience of leading or support business development activities, shaping & designing approaches and solutions.
  • Completed formally recognised Business Architecture training and certification (CBA, BCS, TOGAF), or willingness to do so.
